Allways flew german so I could go after those pesky "shoot em all the way to the ground" AKs.

Frosty took over as CO, dont remember the original CO. Was 2 jobs, 4 computers and 2 wives ago=)

 The 99th was established on Dec 9, 1999

17 Skylord pilots submitted thier respective resignations.....and formed a "new" squadron, where our "officer" positions were ones of responsibility....not of authority.

So.... No........ The Skylords sill exist. The 99th is a totally seperate organization.

I saw the Green Mountain Boys GMB in warbirds and in AH WW2 arena a little while back and I believe theres an element of the Screaming Eagles SE still about on the net also.

Good to see the AK so strong after all this time and good to see the 99th still in the game also. G'day Cappy and crew.  I know Dracus is in Battleground Europe fighting heavily on the ground with the Panzer Lehr team and there was one or two who sold their souls to Space sims in EVE.

The pilots are out there. Just a matter of hunting them down, one game at a time and bringing them into here for a reunion
